Payments & Refunds

If you purchase memberships, event access, or digital content:

-Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe

-Pricing and billing terms will be clearly presented at checkout

Refund Policy:

-All sales are final unless otherwise stated

-Refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional cases

Cancellations:

-You may cancel recurring memberships at any time

-Access will remain active through the end of the billing period

User-Generated Content

If you submit or post content (e.g., comments, discussions, uploads):

-You grant NYSHSFCA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services
