Join the New York State High School Football Coaches Association for its 27th Annual Football Clinic!
We invite businesses and organizations to showcase their products and services to high school football coaches, football professionals, and program decision-makers from across New York State.
This year, the entire clinic will take place in the Turning Stone Resort Event Center, bringing coaches, speakers, and exhibitors together in one convenient location. With the coaches' Friday lunch also taking place in the Event Center, vendors will have additional opportunities to connect with attendees throughout the event.
Exhibitor space is limited. Reserve your booth by February 20, 2027. Complete the form and payment below to submit your exhibitor registration. Please include the names of everyone who will be working at your booth.
Exhibitor Setup & Important Information
EXHIBITOR SET UP
Booth setup begins Thursday, March 4 after 1pm. The clinic begins at 4pm on Thursday. Exhibitors may keep their booths open through Saturday morning but must be completely out of the exhibition area by 12pm.
BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS
Standard booth size: 10 ft × 10 ft
Back curtains: 8 ft high
Side curtains: 3 ft high
One 8 ft × 2 ft table and two chairs provided
Booth signage provided
VENDOR RAFFLE CONTRIBUTIONS
NYSHSFCA asks each exhibitor to contribute an item valued at $100 or more for giveaways to coaches between sessions and during the Friday evening social event.

the NYSHSFCA clinic rate.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Vendors must bring their own extension cords and power strips.
Any computer hookup requirements must be coordinated directly with Turning Stone.
Each vendor receives two complimentary Friday lunch tickets. Additional tickets are available for $30 each at the registration table.
